During the holidays, the previous death of a family member may be very difficult for a child (not to mention the adults around them). Seeing an empty seat for the first time at the Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve table may lead to questions and concerns that are especially tricky to manage. These books may help to encourage discussion and sharing for everyone and are written with the unique grief of children in mind.
These books are available to check out through trinityKids Teacher Resource Closet. Just ask Julia Guy if you would like to borrow them.
